For :icondisney-princess-fans:'s Disney Girls Collab, where I was assigned Esmeralda. The title comes from the song Topsy Turvy when Clopin introduces Esmeralda before her dance.
Done in markers, colored pencils, gel pens, and touched up with background removed in photoshop.
